you and your Site Supervisor complete the Internship Agreement and provide accompanying attachments

resume template includes items as specified by the Teacher/Coordinator
you arrange a Site Visit with you, your Site Supervisor, and your Teacher/Coordinator
Site supervisor completes the Final Site Supervisor Evaluation
Site supervisor verifies 140 hours of work experience
you submit all documentation to your Teacher/Coordinator
