Description
Early Modern European History surveys the major political, economic, social, and cultural transformations from the Renaissance to the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic era. The course examines the changes and conflicts that marked the transition from a medieval to a modern society and how this transformation affected individuals, groups, and institutions in Early Modern Europe.
