Course

A continuation of Radiography Positioning 1.  Reviews the anatomy of each body part and system such as GI, Urinary, respiratory, bony thorax, and reproductive. Students learn positional techniques used to take appropriate radiographs of each body part or system based on the physician’s request. Correct alignment of the image receptor and x-ray tube is emphasized. Exposure factors, patient apprehension, safety and comfort are covered.
