Description
Seeking Educational Equity & Diversity (SEED) is a peer-led professional development program fostering conversational communities for personal, organizational, and societal equity and diversity transformation. Our interactive seminars utilize films, readings, and dialogue facilitated by trained leaders, promoting experiential learning and reflection. By addressing oppression, power, and privilege, SEED empowers participants to connect and advocate for change, amplifying their voices to benefit students and colleagues.
