Description
An online self-paced professional development course. It explores the flaws in traditional grading systems and offers equitable grading solutions for any course. Faculty learn about equitable grading practices through readings, videos, and reflection prompts. Completion requires finishing online modules and submitting a written reflection, which takes about 4-5 hours. Participants receive a copy of the book "Grading for Equity." A 5-hour professional development course for faculty.
