This course provides essential frameworks that nurture an equity mindset. Use the Madison College student equity outcomes analysis tool to analyze student course success outcomes, performance gaps, and disparities. Identify college-wide strategic priorities that support next steps. Consider interventions such as changes to policy, practice, and materials that address racial inequities within your locus of control.
