Description
The course focuses on developing studentsā math, reading, writing, vocabulary, and interpersonal skills through contextualizing the curriculum to apply to principles of sanitation, food theory, and menu planning. The course also helps students enhance the skills needed to be successful in college: time management, personal responsibility, study skills, etc.
