Course Information
Description
Computer Basics 1 is designed to help the learner to succeed in post-secondary education, in the workplace and at a personal level. The course will introduce basic computer operation and commands to computer beginners or inexperienced users. This course covers the basic vocabulary and rudimentary practice for students to be able to understand further computer instruction. There is an optional portion of the curriculum that focuses on teaching students the basics of Blackboard and how to obtain a student login and password.
