Course Information
Description
Course goal and scope is for apprentice firefighters to complete pump operations training during their apprenticeship. Learning objectives include driving assigned or reserve engines with proficiency, performing pump operations at proficient and competent level, and maintaining driving log sheets. Skill development includes non-emergent driving and emergency response. Fire Department policies and procedures will be examined and applied to job duties and tasks.
