Course Information
Description
Designed to educate owners/operators and employees of the food and beverage industry on responsible beverage service. Responsible service of alcoholic beverages will be explored. In addition, state and federal tobacco laws will be examined. The course fulfills Wisconsin Statutes which require alcohol sellers and servers, including new applicants/bartenders/operators, to complete training before a license is issued. A certificate will be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the course.
