Course Information
Description
Drawing is essential for quickly and accurately communicating 3-dimensional ideas. This class will introduce the learner to sketching and hand drafting as they relate to woodworking occupations. Areas of instruction include sketching techniques, orthographic and isometric projection, and manual drafting.

  4. Produce to scale orthographic hard line drawings (Step Stool)

    Produce to scale drawings within given parameters
    Create three Orthographic views and one detail view of step stool
    Include titleblocks with name, drawing title, date, and scale clearly labelled
    Individual views are labeled

    Include adequate dimensions for working plans

  5. Create isometric sketches
