Course Information
Description
This course is designed to provide students merchandising experience in a practical setting through the bakery store. Students are responsible for product presentation in the service cases as well as in decorating the bakery store following seasonal themes. Students practice creative selling techniques along with cashiering. Written bakery ads are placed in the school newspaper and bulletins.

    in the placement of four bakery ads in the school bulletins and newspaper containing all the pertinent information concerning the bakery store and products.

    Bakery ads contain 100% correct information about bakery store location, hours, products for sale, specials of the day
    Bakery ads are composed with appropriate clip-art for the particular season, holiday or event
    you deliver ads to the ad office in time for scheduled placement in bulletins and newspaper
