Course Information
Description
East Asian Politics [EAS] is an “area course” within the social science discipline of Political Science. This course uses an interdisciplinary method (e.g., geography, history, politics, economics, culture) to study, analyze, and evaluate a complex political region or state. Understanding and answering complex global political, economic, and cultural questions requires this multiple disciplinary approach. In this course students complete the following to demonstrate subject knowledge, communications skills, and critical thinking abilities: (a) objective exams, (b) group project, and (c) short essay.
