  3. Apply the immediate effects of exercise in swimming

    by wearing a heart rate monitor in class
    by swimming a further distance each week
    by turning in your heart rate calculations

    you develop warm-up and cool down routines for workout

  4. Demonstrate the correct techniques for continuous swimming

    by completing two 12 and 30 minute tests for distance
