Course Information
Description
Improves fitness levels and training techniques to perform successfully in a sprint, distance, half, or full iron triathlon. Students develop individualized training plans and participate in an in-class mock triathlon. It is recommended that students be able to swim a minimum of 100 yards using proper front crawl technique prior to enrolling.
