Course Information
Description
The World Drumming Ensemble is a high-energy ensemble that focuses on world drumming techniques and styles, ensemble listening skills, and techniques for creative improvisation.  Warm-up activities, dexterity exercises, traditional music, and contemporary compositions lead a public performance at the end of the semester. Previous drumming experience and the ability to read music are not required.
