Course Information
Description
This course focuses on developing the communication skills in Mandarin Chinese through more complex topics associated with daily life experiences, culture and society. Students actively participate in the interactive and cultural learning activities. They can narrate, describe, and predict events within the contexts using extended discourse. More emphasis is given on expanding vocabulary and understanding Chinese culture.

  5. Pronounce Chinese characters and words with pinyin alphabet and tones
