Course Information
Description
Prepares individuals to teach group fitness and take the American Council on Exercise National Exam. A comprehensive training pogrom which covers topics such as exercise physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and safety, choreography development, and teach methodologies. Students have the option to earn MATC Instructor Certification.
