Description
This course covers more advanced legal principles for land rights and boundary location. Emphasis is on legal knowledge required to become a licensed professional land surveyor in Wisconsin. Land Surveying 2 builds on the basics from Land Surveying 1 and goes into more detail on unwritten rights such as adverse possession, retracement of sequentially simultaneously created boundaries, and particular considerations for retracing boundaries of the U.S. Public Land Survey.
