Course Information
Description
The fundamentals of tool design are presented to acquaint the student with the language and methods used in designing production fixturing and plastic product tooling. Through the research and selection of standard tooling components, working tool design drawings are completed. Common plastic part design and tooling considerations through actual design problems are also studied.
