Course Information
Description
Automobile engine theory, design and operation are studied. The systems of the automobile that are included are diagnosis and repair of engine cooling, lubricating, and exhaust systems. Electrical systems that are covered in detail are starting, charging and battery maintenance. Proper use of meters, test equipment as well as shop safety, and proper use of hand tools are emphasized.
