Description
Compares management theories and leadership styles while investigating the role of the HIM Manager. Learners will conduct operational and human resource management activities and explore project management and performance improvement tools. Additionally, learners will utilize data analytics for strategic planning, evaluate performance data for trends, and report outcomes to external agencies.
