Description
The 90 hour, 3 credit, Restorative and Rehabilitation Therapy Aide Program prepares Certified Nursing Assistants for employment as aides in restorative and rehabilitation therapy settings. Rehabilitation therapy aides work in the therapy department under the supervision of the therapist in hospitals, long term care and clinic settings. Restorative aides work under the supervision of the registered nurse. Training includes classroom, lab and clinical instruction in therapeutic interventions and approaches to care.
