Description
Baking Boot Camp is taken by students accepted in the Baking/Pastry Arts program during the summer prior to their fall enrollment. This short course offers the students a window into what the program and specifically, the baking industry requirements are. Students spend time in the classroom as well as a required field trip to a bakery.

  3. Prepare a variety of bakery products

    you perform all critical steps in the right order
    you wear required clothing/uniform

    you verbalize an explanation of the process as you perform it
    your finished product meets specifications as provided in class.

  4. Participate in a bakery visitation.
