10185116Intro to Quality Systems
Course Information
Description
The learner will be introduced to modern quality systems and their function as it relates to continuous improvement, lowering costs associated with wastes, rework, and process variation. Each learner will demonstrate the application of a personal quality philosophy and identify stakeholder relationships and customer expectations. The learner will develop a system-focus through exploring the principles, models, and tools of Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO and apply the principles, models and tools to manage and measure effectiveness of improvement projects.
