Course Information
Description
This course provides the opportunity for learners to develop knowledge and skills to engage employees in improving customer satisfaction, processes, and profits. The learner will apply the skills and tools necessary to facilitate systematic problem solving and team development in their work environment. Learners will examine the benefits and challenges of group work, effective team roles, stages of team development, consensus building, the process of: problem definition, data acquisition, analysis, developing alternative solutions, solution implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
