Course Information
Description
The course is designed to introduce the learner to the impact of change in work units of all sizes. Learners will examine the process for positive change, learn the necessary tools to implement a change within their organization, department or work unit, and develop their skills to become a positive change agents. Learners will also explore strategies to manage conflict and resistance to change whether interpersonal, organizational, gender, generational, and cultural.
