Description
Provides an introduction to healthcare documentation practices and develops a working knowledge of specialized medical report formats. Development of speech recognition editing skills and beginning medical transcription technical skills. Builds upon medical and pharmacology knowledge, English language, proofreading, editing, and research skills, with a focus on efficient and accurate healthcare documentation practices.
