Course Information
Description
Students explore new and emerging technologies and learn how to provide technical support to early adopters of those technologies. Participants diagnose and solve information technology problems by examining the core functions of emerging technologies and by using advanced troubleshooting techniques. Topics include administration of Microsoft 365 Teams, SharePoint and Exchange.
