Description
This is a continuation of PC Troubleshooting 1. Students learn to solve information technology problems by learning the fundamentals of troubleshooting (maintaining and repairing) including the following: how to support I/O devices; how to handle multimedia; how to install, support and customize Windows operating systems; how to build and maintain a computer; and support modem and network communications. Both PC Troubleshooting 1 and 2 can be used to prepare for the ComTIA A+ certification.
