Course Information
Description
This is a course focused on basic systems and plans of compensation for employees including topics such as merit pay, incentive pay, and person-focused pay. The course also covers principles and techniques in the development and administration of employee benefit programs. This course covers use of compensation and benefit principles and methods to build an equitable Total Rewards Program and to support an inclusive organizational culture.
