Description
This capstone course offers students the opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive project related to investigations and discrimination within their chosen field or area of interest. Through this project, students will not only enhance their professional development but also advance their understanding and expertise in addressing discrimination issues. The project is designed to be student-driven, allowing participants to conceptualize and implement a project that aligns with their career goals, interests, and areas of expertise. Students will work closely with faculty mentors who will provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the project development process.
