Description
This course explores the complexities of bias and its impact on our perceptions and decisions. Participants will learn to identify unconscious biases and develop strategies to mitigate them in decision-making processes. Through case studies, role-playing scenarios, and reflective discussions, attendees will gain practical tools for recognizing and challenging bias in themselves and others.
