Description
Apply evidence-based nutrition principles and behavior-change strategies to support client health outcomes. Analyze macronutrients, micronutrients, metabolism, digestion, and lifestyle factors such as stress and sleep. Develop coaching skills, create client-centered action plans, and implement sustainable nutrition strategies.
