Course Information
Description
Develop skills to manage a project from start to finish through teamwork. Class topics include project acceptance; defining, planning, scheduling, leading, monitoring, and controlling projects; and project closeout. Apply skills, both as a participant and a project leader, in case studies and group projects, using tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel, templates, charters, Gantt charts, critical paths, milestones, risk control and prioritization.
